Adrian Davis
Founder/Lead Sustainability Consultant
Adrian founded AD Sustainability in 2013 after 15 years working in numerous environmental sustainability positions.
His experience as a technician to middle management has seen him work with top organisations such as Queens University and Bombardier Aerospace.
Fun fact:
"I used to DJ and still do the odd party for friends. I have a corner of the office dedicated to my decks."

Sarah Davis
Business Support Manager
Sarah started working with her husband Adrian in 2021 after having taken time away to look after their two sons.
Her roles in waste management and resource efficiency within local authority and university services have added to her education in Environmental Management.
Fun fact:
"My biggest interests are our two sons and the rollercoaster that is parenthood. Plus, the odd cold dip in the sea off the beautiful Antrim coast."

Adam Patton
Senior Sustainability Consultant
With a Masters in Mechanical Engineering, Adam specialises in supporting public and private multi-sector organisations with a wide range of environmental issues. These include environmental compliance support, energy and carbon management, performance improvement and management systems introduction.
Fun fact:
"Outside of work I am normally found up a mountain or in the sea, although I prefer to be diving under it somewhere with a warmer water temperature."

Andrew Wood
Environmental Consultant
Andrew has worked in maintenance methods and facilities roles in the automotive manufacturing industry.
As an Environmental Engineer he managed and improved the business' ISO14001 certified management system, PPC permit compliance and waste management arrangements.
Fun fact:
"When I'm not working, I spend time with my family and like to improve on my golf game when I get the chance, although at times I feel like it's a pointless exercise."

Ross Portis
Environmental Consultant
Ross has experience in a wide range of areas including managing ISO14001, PPC permitting, managing ESOS activities and overseeing Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting (SECR).
He also brings knowledge of waste stream management including climate levy reporting and has led on numerous ESG projects.
Fun fact:
"My interests revolve around running; anything from a parkrun to the odd marathon here and there. I also enjoy the annual ups and downs of being an Arsenal fan."

Smudge
Head of Wellbeing
Smudge is just one of the office pets. But the rest are dogs, so she doesn't think they count.
Smudge is passionate about wellbeing and likes to lounge in patches of sunlight in between snacks. She also loves everything sustainability since it means she gets leftover food.
Fun fact:
Don't be silly, Smudge can't talk.
Smudge isn't on social media, she's too busy chilling.
